MARATHON

TRIATHLON HT
German "Triathlon HT" series chains, which can operate without lubrication in high temperature environments without the need for any lubrication, have enabled the use of chains in environments where the use of chains is not possible in manufacturing technology.
BIATHLON
German chain types are chains that provide high performance with one-time lubrication.
The output of the Wippermann production line is always lubricated.

MARATHON series German stainless chain Chain types:

Series MARATHON - MARATHON RF - TRIATHLON HT Oil-free German chains


- The breaking strength is at the same level as the German Wippermann RF (Standard Stainless) chain.

- Without lubrication it lasts 25% longer than even Wippermann's lubricated stainless chains.

- With lubrication it has been tested to last at least 50% longer than Wippermann and Witra stainless chains.

- Trigleit and the more heat resistant Trigleit Z - FDA material has 2 types of inner sleeve structure.

- All other materials are made of stainless steel.

- Chains whose inner sleeve is made of Trigleit material can operate in heat environments from -30ºC to +60ºC.

- Chains whose inner sleeve is made of Trigleit Z-FDA material can operate in a thermal environment from -100ºC to +200ºC.

- It works with standard stainless chains.

- If it needs to be used with lubrication, you should consult our company for the type of oil to be used. (No ester oil should be used).

Wippermann chains - maintenance-free and long-lasting German chains

German chains from the MARATHON RF series (stainless steel):


- All types of German chains are chains that can operate without lubrication in environments that should not contain oil.

- The Wippermann production line is oil-free (except for special oil applications)

- It is not recommended that German chain series products be used at speeds greater than 2.5 m/s (150 m/min).

Types of stainless chains TRIATHLON HT series:


- The German "Triathlon HT" series chains, which can operate without lubrication in high-temperature environments without the need for any lubrication, have made it possible to use chains in environments where the use of chains is not possible in production technology.

- German Biathlon series chains can operate at high performance in dry environments thanks to the stainless chain parts manufactured with a special alloy coating.

- Thanks to its long working life in dry and poorly maintained environments, you can minimize the high cost of chains that need to be renewed frequently in plants.

- In environments where the necessary lubrication cannot be carried out, it has a 7 times longer service life than standard Wippermann chains.

- In case necessary lubrication and maintenance is carried out, it has at least 25% longer life than standard Wippermann and Witra chain types.

- Breaking strength is at the same level as standard Wippermann chains, Marathon and Triathlon HT series.

- It can operate in a 250ºC heat environment with special lubrication.

- It can be used in automotive accessory chain systems.

- It is also available as corrosion resistant (BIATHLON KS).

German stainless chain from BIATHLON series:


- In addition to the features of the Biathlon German Chain series, it is corrosion resistant thanks to its specially coated surface.

- The stainless chain is not made of steel.

- Biathlon KS series chains are reported to last over 1000 hours in corrosion tests (salt fog test).

- Wippermann and Witra chains are only resistant up to 150ºC with special lubrication.

German BIATHLON series chain:


- German chain types are chains that provide high performance in a single lubrication.

- The output of the Wippermann production line is always lubricated.
