German chains from the MARATHON RF series (stainless steel):

The breaking strength is at the same level as the German Wippermann RF chains (standard stainless).

-Without lubrication it lasts 25% longer even than Wippermann stainless chains running with lubrication.
-With lubrication it has been tested to last at least 50% longer than Wippermann and Witra stainless chains.
-Trigleit and more heat resistant Trigleit Z - There are 2 types of inner sleeve structure made of FDA material. -All other materials are made of stainless steel.
-The valve whose inner sleeve is made of Trigleit material can work in heat environment from -30ºC to +60ºC. -Screws whose inner sleeve is made of Trigleit Z-FDA material can operate in a thermal environment from -100ºC to +200ºC.
-Works with standard stainless chains.
-If it is necessary to use by lubrication, you should consult with our company for the type of oil to be used.(No ester oil should be used).
BIATHLON
German chain types are chains that provide high performance with one-time lubrication.
The output of the Wippermann production line is always lubricated.
Similar to Wippermann standard chains
MARATHON
The breaking force is the same as the standard Wippermann chain.
Even without lubrication, it lasts 25% longer than standard Wippermann chains running with lubrication.

TRIATHLON HT
The German "Triathlon HT" series chains, which can operate without lubrication in high temperature environments without the need for any lubrication, have enabled the use of chains in environments where the use of chains is not possible in manufacturing technology.
